Very disappointing experience from a business we have supported for more than three decades. We shop here several times a week and have generally trusted the pricing and customer service, which made this situation even more frustrating. A loaf of Brioche bread was clearly marked at $5 on the display stand, but it rang up at $7 at checkout. When we questioned it, the clerk went back, took a photo of the display and explained that the sign was only meant to β€œdraw attention” and was not actually the price for that bread. That explanation made little sense, especially since the bread on the display appeared to be the same product. My wife later called and spoke with the manager, Kelly, regarding what we viewed as false or misleading advertising. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive and unapologetic. Rather than acknowledging the confusion or offering to make it right, the pricing display was defended by claiming the marked price applied to bread on the other side of the stand. What concerns me most is how many customers likely never notice these discrepancies. We only caught it by chance, and I suspect many others simply pay the higher amount without realizing it. returned an Amazon item just as any and many consumers do, Amazon is partners with UPS, Kohl’s, Staples, and USPS where a consumer can return items. I have returned items at all of these locations and the Amazon associates were respectful and made the return process easy and quick. At UPS you don’t even have to have human interaction you can return your items at a kiosk. This Whole Foods is the only place I have ever had an associate rip open my package and start searching through it, questioning what I was returning, then proceeding to put the sticker on the item which is the only thing Amazon pays him to do. When I laughed and asked him what he was doing, he said β€œoh well we operate a little differently here.” Is that because I’m black or because you are at a Whole Foods? He gave no reason. Amazon sells an extraordinarily large selection of items, and as a consumer I felt unsafe returning my item here. I returned a piece of a costume I purchased that I no longer wanted and the return associated started questioning it. Never has an associate at any other return location started a dialogue with me about a product purchase. That is such an easy way to cross the lines of ethics and

The vegetables are always colorfully organized and look so pretty when you walk in the store. Hot and cold bar had a good selection of fresh options and seemed well taken care of. Store is clean and check out is always fast. So many good options. The broccoli salad from the salad bar was pretty tasty.

The management and staff are super sweet I wasn't even there to shop I was picking up a delivery order after hours, just doing what I'm told through my delivery app. I didn't realize they were already closed and not doing orders anymore, but they still open the doors and talked to me and helped me figure it out. Very very sweet people I really appreciated their help!
